Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Please select your shipping location in the dropdown menu  at the top right corner of our website and you will be directed to the correct Optego shop for your country. 

There are certain products we can only ship to specific locations due to regulatory requirements or other restrictions. If you have any questions about shipping to your country, please contact us at asia@optego.com.sg 

 

What are your delivery charges?

For Singapore orders, there is a flat fee of S$7.00 on all orders below S$100. We provide free delivery for orders above S$100.

For overseas orders, there is a flat fee per region, this will be added at checkout. If you have further questions please email us at asia@optego.com.sg as the shipping fee will vary based on the order size and shipping destination. 

 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once the items have been sent out. In the event you do not receive an email confirmation, you may email us at asia@optego.com.sg. 

What are the modes of payment?

For online orders, we accept payments by credit/debit cards via a secure third-party processing service. For Singapore orders only, you may select to pay via cheques or PayNow, with a 30 day payment term. 

 

What is ‘concierge service’?

Besides the products listed on our website, we also provide services to source for unusual or difficult to find products. These include general supplies, medical devices, and unregistered therapeutic products. If you have a product that you would like us to help you find, please email us at asia@optego.com so that we can advise you further.

 

Where is Optego based?

Optego is a wholesaler and distributor of eye care-related medical supplies founded in Tucson, Arizona, USA. Our headquarters and manufacturing facility are still based in Tucson.  We have additional offices in Canada and Singapore. Our global sales office is based in Singapore, our headquarters in Asia.

 

Are your products authentic?

Yes, our warehouses undergo strict accreditation and comply with the rigorous standards of GDPMDS to ensure the authenticity and integrity of the products sold. Optego brand name products are manufactured at our facility in Tucson, Arizona, USA.

 

Do you offer bulk discounts?

We try our best to offer the most competitive prices on our website but we welcome bulk orders and are happy to discuss a discount if possible depending on the product and quantity. If you are a distributor or would like to buy larger quantities, please email us at asia@optego.com.sg or call or WhatsApp us at +65 6742 5940 to enquire. 

 

How will my order be delivered?

All orders will be delivered via a third-party courier service, such FedEx, UPS or SingPost. In Singapore most orders will be delivered by Ninjavan or SingPost.

 

What if my order is damaged, incorrect or incomplete?

Please email the order/invoice number along with a photo of the package contents received to asia@optego.com.sg for further assistance.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is submitted and payment has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. 

 

Can I return my order?

Within 14 days: You may return your items within 14 days from the receipt of your order should you have a change of mind. Items have to be unused and in their original packaging, capable of resale. Please drop us an email at asia@optego.com.sg. Thereafter, you may send the items to our warehouse via tracked shipping. A refund will only be processed if the items are found to be of resale condition. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. 

In the rare event where the order or product is damaged or faulty, please email us at asia@optego.com.sg so that we can assess it on a case-by-case basis. 

After 14 days: If an item is found to be faulty by a manufacturing or material defect, not due to mishandling and wear and tear, within six months, we will be able to provide a one-for-one exchange for the product. In the event where the product is no longer available, a refund will be made. Please contact us at asia@optego.com.sg for further assistance in this matter.
