Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Please select your shipping location in the dropdown menu  at the top right corner of our website and you will be directed to the correct Optego shop for your country.

There are certain products we can only ship to specific locations due to regulatory requirements or other restrictions. If you have any questions about shipping to your country, please contact us at asia@optego.com.sg

 

What are your delivery charges?

For Singapore orders, there is a flat fee of S$7.00 on all orders below S$100. We provide free delivery for orders above S$100.

For overseas orders, there is a flat fee per region, this will be added at checkout. If you have further questions please email us at asia@optego.com.sg as the shipping fee will vary based on the order size and shipping destination.

 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once the items have been sent out. In the event you do not receive an email confirmation, you may email us at asia@optego.com.sg.

 

How will my order be delivered?

All orders will be delivered via a third-party courier service, such FedEx, UPS or SingPost. In Singapore most orders will be delivered by Ninjavan or SingPost.
